Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our global Accounting Team. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on detail oriented self-starter with experience with establishing/streamlining accounting processes and has strong communication skills.

In Short

• The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage and work closely with cross functional team members on the developer payout process.
• Reconcile monthly developers payouts and ensure accruals are accurate and complete.
• Actively work with cross functional team members to streamline and improve the process.
• Reconcile developer details across key systems.
• Implement process improvements to support SOX compliance.
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audits and ensure audit schedules and disclosure-related schedules are prepared in a timely manner.
• Ad hoc project work as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, financial management, or a related fields
• Experience with accounting ERP systems - NetSuite (a must)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented environment with a high degree of flexibility
