Overview

We are seeking a Founder's Associate - Growth to support our B2B Early Stage Venture in the field of energy transition. We drive the energy transition in the multi-family housing sector across Germany, enabling tenant electricity and community building supply for the general public.

In Short

  • Operational sales: Exploring new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Implementing go-to-market strategies: Researching lead sources and defining optimal customer segments.
  • Business development: Conducting market research and developing market entry strategies.
  • Cross-team business development: Acting as a link between various teams to promote business success.
  • Supporting management: Acting as a sparring partner for strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

  • A completed degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • First relevant work experience: In consulting, sales or other commercial functions.
  • Strong communication and team spirit: Ability to engage with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors.
  • Analytical work style and startup mentality: Enjoy working with numbers and being self-motivated.
  • IT skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Language skills: Fluent in German (C2) and able to communicate well in English (minimum B1).
