Overview

The People Operations Executive will ensure the smooth running of the People function at TrustedHousesitters by executing and improving processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the People Experience & Operations Manager.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

• Prepare payroll inputs and manage benefits compliance.
