ZScaler Consultant with TS Clearance - Remote

Overview

The ZScaler Senior Consultant will play a key role at True Zero Technologies, responsible for capturing client needs, designing solution architectures, and managing ZScaler deployments for enterprise organizations.

• Architect, design, implement, and manage ZScaler solutions.
• Integrate ZScaler data with SIEM platforms.
• Lead testing and troubleshooting during implementations.
• Provide status reports and executive briefs.
• Facilitate technical issue resolution with ZScaler support.
• Conduct discovery and scoping of engagements.
• Maintain and enhance ZScaler skills.
• Collaborate effectively with technical resources and management.
• Work autonomously when project demands.
• Experience with additional technologies like Tanium and Splunk is a plus.

Requirements

• TS, TS-SCI or TS-SCI with Polygraph Clearance required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ZScaler.
• Strong knowledge of network and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with enterprise change control processes.
• Understanding of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like Wireshark.
• Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and OKTA is a plus.
• Network and Security Certifications are a plus.
