Overview

The Fragrance Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in the fragrance and beauty departments, working closely with the Fragrance Advisor.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer service in fragrance and beauty departments.
  • Work with the Fragrance Advisor on product sales.
  • Maintain the fragrance department.
  • Handle cash transactions and give correct change.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish.
  • Complete Fragrance Absolutes - Certificate of Fragrance Specialist Program preferred.
  • Part-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 26.
  • Competitive pay range of $16.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills and ability to handle money.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • Customer service experience preferred.
