Overview

The Legal, Audit and Compliance Operations Manager will provide essential legal support, manage contract lifecycles, and optimize processes within the LAC team at TrueML, a financial software company focused on improving customer experiences for distressed borrowers.

In Short

• Provide legal support to the General Counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in legal operations or contract management.
• Experience with corporate governance and contract management.
• Familiarity with budgeting and vendor management.
• Proficiency in contract management systems like Ironclad.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
