Staff Full-stack Engineer (Go/React) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for talented Full Stack Engineers to help drive the decoupling of software components within a large-scale, complex system, improving internal development speed and platform reliability.

In Short

• Collaborate in an agile environment to design, build, and maintain full-stack features.
• Develop scalable, high-performance services and APIs using Golang.
• Build modern frontend interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of internal tools and platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across backend and frontend layers.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Work with partner teams to achieve shared technical and product goals.
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment and support.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in web development with exposure to both backend (Golang) and frontend (React).
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and best practices.
• Solid collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to ship high-quality features on schedule.
• Comfortable working on projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
