Senior Meta Ads Performance Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

We're seeking a high-level Meta Ads Specialist to lead the advertising strategy for a new global ecommerce venture focused on D2C home decor for European football fans. You will be responsible for designing and executing Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns using AI-enhanced targeting, optimized for conversion across highly passionate, remote fanbases.

In Short

• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns focused on ROAS.
• Use Meta's AI tools to hyper-target niche audiences.
• Run simulations to test reach and ad performance across multiple regions.
• Provide reports, insights, and ad spend guidance to strategic leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Meta Ads experience.
• Deep understanding of Meta's evolving AI-based targeting tools.
• Experience in e-commerce and/or D2C campaigns.
• Self-starter capable of building, executing, and optimizing solo.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Experience targeting audiences in Europe, LATAM, and Asia.
