Senior Full-stack Engineer (Python/Vue) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer who is comfortable operating across the entire stack and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively, with a solid understanding of modern development frameworks.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain scalable back-end services using Python and Django.
• Develop and optimize modern front-end applications using Vue.js and Vite.
• Collaborate with DevOps to manage infrastructure using Terraform and CDK for Terraform.
• Utilize Docker and Docker Compose to streamline local development and deployment processes.
• Implement secure and efficient secrets management with 1Password CLI.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and manage production deployments using Uvicorn, Nginx, and container orchestration tools.
• Debug and troubleshoot full-stack issues using tools such as VSCode.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in architectural decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in Django.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks, particularly Vue.js.
• Experience with Docker and containerized development.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Comfortable working in Unix/macOS environments.
• Experience with web server configuration, including Nginx.
• Knowledge of secure development practices.
• Strong debugging skills.
