Senior Accountant (Mexico) - Marketing - Remote

Overview

Truelogic is a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services, and we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role involves leading aspects of the accounting function at the Corporate entity that provides Shared Services to Brands in the Stagwell network.

In Short

• Lead aspects of the accounting function at the Corporate entity.
• Perform management reporting functions for the Client.
• Manage balance sheet account reconciliation and general ledger analyses.
• Maintain revenue recognition processes and schedules.
• Support month-end closing and financial audits.
• Work with Staff Accountants to reconcile bank accounts.
• Assist with internal controls development and maintenance.
• Provide monthly financial results analysis to Shared Services heads.
• Work with top American companies on impactful projects.

Requirements

• Experience with large ERP and Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of Accounting experience.
• Basic Excel skills (Sumif, Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
• Located in Latin America.
