Overview

The DevOps Engineer supports infrastructure setup, environment configuration, deployment pipelines, and caching systems, ensuring deployment readiness and performance optimization.

In Short

• Set up and maintain dev/staging environments and deployment scaffolding.
• Configure Redis/CDN for fast Media Kit access and cache busting workflows.
• Ensure observability via logs, metrics, and alerts.
• Support safe and repeatable deployments for both frontend and backend.

Requirements

• Proficient in CI/CD automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with Redis and CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare) for caching and content delivery.
• Familiarity with staging-to-production pipelines and rollback strategies.
• Ability to set up and manage development and staging environments.
• Skilled in implementing observability tooling: logs, metrics, and alerts (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in remote team environments.
