Oracle IAM Consultant - Advertising - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect – Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support the deployment of Workday HR and Finance systems. This role focuses on integrating Workday with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) by installing, configuring, and validating IAM components.

In Short

• Install and configure Workday connector within Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c environments.
• Configure and test OIM 12c components.
• Develop and execute SIT and UAT testing procedures.
• Create and manage administrative roles.
• Document trusted target reconciliations and roles.
• Validate provisioning attributes across target systems.
• Create or modify BI Publisher reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Debug internal and external integration issues.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Identity & Access Management Suite.
• Knowledge of Oracle Access Manager.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Manager.
• Familiarity with WebLogic configuration.
• Java development experience for OIM.
• Experience with SOA workflows.
• BI Publisher report development skills.
• Debugging integrations experience.
• Experience with high-availability IAM environments.
