Director of Engineering - Identity and Fraud Platform - Remote

Overview

As the Director of Engineering of the Identity and Fraud platform, you will lead a team of talented engineers to build world-class frameworks to mitigate both online and offline risks, platforms for verifying user authenticity and trustworthiness of PayJoy customers, clerks and admins, and build guardrails for privacy and policy compliance.

• Ensures teams proactively identify and resolve tech debt or blockers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) plus 12 years of relevant industry experience.
• Managed for at least 6 years.
• Proven experience building reliable, high-scale, cost-efficient cloud services.
• Domain expert in identity management, fraud and trust management.
• Well versed in writing optimized code and architectural patterns for optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
