As the Director of Engineering of the Identity and Fraud platform, you will lead a team of talented engineers to build world-class frameworks to mitigate both online and offline risks, platforms for verifying user authenticity and trustworthiness of PayJoy customers, clerks and admins, and build guardrails for privacy and policy compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) plus 12 years of relevant industry experience.
Managed for at least 6 years.
Proven experience building reliable, high-scale, cost-efficient cloud services.
Domain expert in identity management, fraud and trust management.
Well versed in writing optimized code and architectural patterns for optimization.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
