Accounts Payable Media Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable (AP) Media Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process related to media vendors, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant payments across multiple markets and currencies.

• Review, verify and process media invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with media teams on matching insertion orders.
• Perform reconciliations between media buying and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or financial roles.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of multi-currency payment processing.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.
