In Short

• Lead and support a cohort of students from onboarding through graduation.
• Deliver live webinars and host 1:1 mentorship sessions.
• Review projects with support from AI grading tools.
• Foster collaboration and motivation within the cohort.
• Conduct weekly project webinars.
• Stay active in Discord channels to support students.
• Oversee student project reviews and ensure grading accuracy.
• Track student performance and provide additional support as needed.
• Participate in teaching team meetings and cohort check-ins.
• Keep accurate records of hours and collect student feedback.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in Data Science.
• Professional industry experience in applying knowledge to real-world problems.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.
• Familiarity with Discord or similar community tools is a plus.
