Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in backend or full-stack roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.).
• Understanding of secure coding practices and AI-related risks.
• Ability to break down complex ideas into engaging formats.
• Skilled in live facilitation and adapting in real-time.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
• Confident, collaborative, and audience-oriented mindset.
• Strong time management and preparation habits.
• Proven track record in developer advocacy or mentoring is a plus.
