In Short

  • Join the Viator Experiences Engineering team, responsible for viator.com and mobile apps.
  • Work in a remote-first environment with options for hybrid work in Oxford or London.
  • Participate in the full software development process from design to deployment.
  • Release code to production every few days in a daily release cycle.
  • Fullstack role with technologies including Java, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Kubernetes, SQL, and NoSQL.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development, preferably with fullstack technologies.
  • Familiarity with Java, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Kubernetes, SQL, and NoSQL.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with product managers and designers.
  • Ability to handle the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in a remote working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for travel and making memorable experiences.
