• Develop solutions using LLMs to streamline workflows in clinical trial recruitment.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into applications.
• Apply machine learning principles to work with datasets and measure model accuracy.
• Implement testing strategies for AI models, including unit and performance tests.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug AI-related issues.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
• Educate coworkers on leveraging AI in their tasks.
• Work with healthcare datasets while respecting compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on LLMs.
• Experience in developing applications with LLMs.
• Basic understanding of classic machine learning algorithms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• Experience in healthcare tech or clinical trials is a plus.
• Respect for compliance in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA).
