• You are the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them by phone with all inquiries regarding our products.
• You resolve issues quickly and professionally, whether related to orders, returns, or technical concerns.
• You coordinate with our teams in logistics, returns, and support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You keep our ticket system up to date and document inquiries properly.
• You bring creative ideas to improve our customer service.

Requirements

• Very good German language skills (native language, spoken & written).
• Ideally first experience in e-commerce and residence in Germany.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not a must.
• You are friendly, helpful, and patient – even in stressful situations.
• You love solving problems and making our customers' day better.
• You work reliably, independently, and are eager to develop further.
• A basic technical understanding of our sports equipment would be great.
• Proficient with laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
