In Short

• Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone and email.
• Quickly and professionally resolve issues related to orders, returns, or technical concerns.
• Coordinate with logistics, returns, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep our ticketing system updated and document inquiries properly.
• Bring creative ideas to improve our customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (native level, spoken and written).
• Ideally have some e-commerce experience and reside in Germany.
• Your last education/studies were at least 2 years ago (not a problem if you don't have one).
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not a must.
• Friendly, helpful, and patient, even in stressful situations.
• Enjoy solving problems and making our customers' day better.
• Reliable and independent work ethic with a desire for personal development.
• A basic technical understanding of our sports equipment would be great.
• Proficient with laptops, tablets, or smartphones.
