Customer Service Representative - Remote - Sports Equipment Manufacturer

Overview

Join a dynamic team at KF Brands, where we develop and sell innovative sports equipment under the TRETMANN brand. Our products are sold through Amazon and our own online shop, focusing on the German-speaking market. As a fully remote team, we collaborate from five different countries.

In Short

• Provide customer support as a knowledgeable contact for German-speaking customers (inbound only) via phone.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns.
• Handle technical inquiries in the ticket system and maintain the internal database.
• Coordinate with departments for order processing, inventory, returns, and support.
• Communicate with other departments to address complaints.
• Manage orders and clarifications for required spare parts.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues.

Requirements

• Last education or studies completed at least two years ago (not mandatory).
• Ideally some experience in customer service for technical products.
• Preferred residence in Germany.
• Excellent German language skills (native level) in both written and spoken forms.
• Strong communication, customer orientation, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive work style.
• Technical affinity with proficiency in using laptops, tablets, smartphones, and office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of English, French, or Spanish is a plus.
