Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product operations or project coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Passion for learning about digital products.
• Experience in SaaS or data analytics is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile workflows is a bonus.
• Basic QA or product testing background preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs or web-based products is beneficial.
