Engineer, Operations Systems (IT) - Remote

Overview

The Production Applications Engineer will be a primary point of contact for the development and delivery of concurrent Solutions Delivery requests or projects.

In Short

• Lead the delivery of the Solutions Delivery process.
• Communicate effectively between Business Owners, Project Managers, and Operations Teams.
• Identify and monitor critical success factors for Delivery Management.
• Provide accurate status and process monitoring throughout the Solutions Delivery Management process.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multi-functional teams.
• Support the management of pilot initiatives within IT Production Operations.
• 4-6 years' experience in OS engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical and non-technical teams.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing large budgeted programs and integrated projects.
• Experience with Project Management Office support.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
