Business Analyst (Personal Insurance) - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst (Personal Insurance) will work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business and solution requirements, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.

• Work with diverse stakeholders to define business requirements.

• Assist in defect resolution and risk management.
• Engage in the PI BA Community of Practice.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in Business Systems or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Agile product teams preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with conflict management and change resilience.
• Proficiency in technology relevant to the role.
• Understanding of the property casualty industry.
• One year of experience in Business Systems or equivalent required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
