Overview

Tramec, LLC is currently looking to add a 2nd shift CSR to our team lineup!

In Short

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and the company.
  • Process purchase orders and address customer inquiries.
  • Provide timely, accurate information related to orders, billing, and account support.
  • Work hours are 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and email correspondence.
  • Document all customer interactions for follow-up.
  • Enter and manage data within the ERP system (Epicor).
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
  • Maintain organized records of correspondence and purchase orders.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for calculations and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills.
