Global Logistics Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Global Logistics Analyst is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Team by providing On-Time Data Accuracy related to Purchase Orders in our main ERP and other platforms on a daily and/or bi-weekly basis, as well as helping to prepare any reporting.

In Short

• Create Purchase Orders, Shipping Marks & Lot Tracking Labels
• Perform daily bookings approval and follow up with Forwarders and Factories
• Execute commercial documents controls for every cargo shipped from factories
• Collaborate on the monthly shipment plan from factories
• Support Supply Chain activities with data entry tasks
• Control Receivings, Create ASN’s, Collaborate on Freight, Duties and Taxes calculation
• Organize documentation related to vendors and reports in Google Drive

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Experience in shipping/logistics
• Excel proficient - data analysis
• Strong grasp of English language
• Good problem-solving skills
• Continuous learning and growth mindset
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• A responsible team player
• Able to make good decisions independently
