Overview

TradePending is seeking a Product Owner to guide product development from concept to launch in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product vision with customer needs and company goals.

• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on customer value and strategic objectives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor team members on Agile best practices.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document and distribute product release notes.
• Contribute to product roadmaps aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a product owner role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in managing product backlogs.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
