We're looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated Business Operations Specialist to join our team and help us ensure our daily operations run on point as we work to achieve our mission of empowering workers and businesses alike.

In Short

• Monitor Traba's daily operations live and ensure flawless execution of shifts.
• Coordinate with Territory Operations Manager to meet customer needs.
• Ensure a positive experience for our workers on the platform.
• Resolve support issues for workers in a timely manner.
• Manage worker communication to meet client requirements.
• Ensure accurate clocking in and out for workers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools.
• Help build and improve standard operating procedures.
• Support worker-vetting initiatives when needed.
• Learn and master multiple internal systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success or business support.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines.
• Ownership mentality and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer empathy and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and swift execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
