The Key User / IT Onsite Supervisor leads the team responsible for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) at the location, ensuring the functionality of the WMS system. In Short

• Lead the Key User team for the WMS at the location.
• Manage the WMS system, including user and permission administration.
• Oversee warehouse structures and conduct inventory controls and adjustments.
• Support warehouse management with IT challenges.
• Assist in planning and implementing projects and process improvements with IT components.
• Monitor system infrastructure and functionality.
• Plan shifts and deployments for your team.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or a relevant degree.
• Several years of professional experience in IT.
• Solid experience in managing warehouse management systems and understanding hardware structures of fulfillment centers.
• Enjoy working in a team and being hands-on.
• Experience with MS Office 365.
• Experience in IT projects and ideally knowledge of DMAIC methodology.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
