  • Partner with product development for personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with teams to share valuable customer insights.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and recurring issues.
  • Proactively address customer concerns with creative solutions.
  • Educate customers on proper skincare product usage.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer experience.
  • A genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with customer support tools and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with Google Sheets for data analysis.
