Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Contribute to the month-end close process and prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements.
• Assist with the financial year-end close procedures and external audit.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for investors and stakeholders.
• Research technical accounting issues and establish company-wide accounting policies.
• Support management of the revenue variable compensation plan.
• Oversee the monthly compensation cycle and support Revenue members.
• Support the changing needs of the business, including building new commission plans.
• Coordinate the implementation of new processes for commission reporting.
• Conduct and maintain billing reconciliation procedures.

Requirements

• A BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CA required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in public accounting and corporate experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and make actionable recommendations.
• Proactive and able to operate independently.
• Flexibility to work under time constraints.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus!
