Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote)

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the Token Metrics Human Resources department. The Technical Recruiter role at Token Metrics is focused on people operations and preserving Token Metrics' unique culture in terms of how we recruit, hire, and develop outstanding people. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

• Identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent for technical and non-technical positions.
• Reduce the average hiring time to fewer than 30 days.
• Optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and speed.
• Achieve and maintain a candidate satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Extensive experience using recruiting tools such as Seekout and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A track record of success as a technical recruiter.
• Expertise in using ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
