Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will assist customers with payment processing inquiries, providing support via phone, email, and Zendesk. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in software support.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional customer care skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience with payment processors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention is a plus.
