TodayTix Group is seeking a Fractional General Counsel to provide legal guidance and support to its global leadership team, focusing on commercial contracts, data privacy compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience, in-house and law firm.
• Qualified to practice in the UK (England & Wales).
• Experience in commercial contract negotiation.
• Ability to support cross-border operations (US and UK).
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Experience with entertainment contracts is a plus.
• Strong communication and judgment skills.
• Qualified to practice in the US (preferably NY) is a plus.
