Oracle Business Analyst – OTM - Remote

Overview

The Oracle Business Analyst – OTM is a critical role in supporting and implementing our global Oracle Cloud ERP & OTM solution. The position will be our expert in understanding and supporting the OTM functionality/workflow within the Oracle OTM value stream.

• Role involves production support and ERP/OTM focused implementations.
• Requires understanding of ERP and OTM platform integration.
• Resolve issues within the transportation management system (OTM).
• Monitor orders throughout the process.
• Train and communicate to others within the organization.
• Continuous improvement of the OTM solution.
• Design and configure the OTM system.
• Write process flows, instructions, and test plans.
• Manage user roles and configurations in OTM.
• Provide 24x7 support during production cutover and go-live events.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or technical analyst.
• 5+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion experience specifically with OTM.
• Experience designing business processes and systems solutions.
• Experience developing and executing test plans.
• Strong communication skills including presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable in prioritizing workloads.
