Analyst, Identity & Access Management (IAM) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Identity and Access Administration Analyst to join our Information Security Department at Toyota Financial Services. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic identity security solutions that enhance the security posture of our organization.

In Short

• Administer and support Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory.
• Assist with configurations for Okta Verify and MS multi-factor authentication.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in various applications.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor systems for potential security issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes.
• Conduct User Access Reviews to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in identity and access management.
• Experience with Active Directory and scripting commands.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of security principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
• IT Certifications related to the platforms are a bonus.
• Prior experience in Risk and Compliance is preferred.
• Experience with User Access Reviews is desirable.
