In Short

• Master our platform’s features and capabilities to become a subject matter expert.
• Design and iterate on recommendation and discovery models for our customers’ use cases.
• Rapidly analyze data and identify performance optimization opportunities.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art pre-trained models (image, language, audio, video) to enhance discovery and personalization.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers’ technical teams and leadership to ensure successful, long-term partnerships.
• Deliver technical demos to highlight our platform’s capabilities.
• Proactively communicate project timelines, updates, and next steps to internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in designing, deploying, and managing recommendations or predictive models in production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD a plus).
• 3+ years of industry experience in software engineering, data science, or solutions architecture roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Enthusiasm for solving complex problems, unblocking issues for customers, and embracing a “wear many hats” startup environment.
• Solid understanding of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
• Thrives in fast-paced, small-team settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
