Senior Cost Accountant - Bilingual - Remote

In Short

• Analyze product costing, including bills of materials (BOM), labor, overhead, and production costs.
• Oversee inventory valuation, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Prepare and review cost variance analyses.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost projections.
• Generate and review cost reports.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensure accurate cost data within the ERP system.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and proficiency in ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Ability to perform detailed financial analysis.
• High attention to accuracy and ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AX Dynamics preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a Must.
