In Short

• Manage and optimize Shopify, ShipStation, Gorgias, Meta, and Google Analytics.
• Develop and maintain Shopify Flow and Zapier automation.
• Create, edit, and maintain ShopifyQL workflows.
• Create and edit Shopify themes.
• Build automated reporting systems for daily/weekly/monthly metrics.
• Analyze sales data and create forecasting models.
• Optimize e-commerce operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of e-commerce platform experience.
• Advanced Shopify expertise (themes, Flow, Plus features).
• Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, APIs).
• Strong analytics and data visualization skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with reporting automation.
• Shopify Plus certification (a plus, but not required).
• E-commerce analytics certification.
• Experience in the food/beverage industry.
• Background in inventory management systems (i.e. Katana).
• SQL knowledge.
