Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for a variety of functions spanning our stores. Based remotely in the Philippines, this position will be supporting the Customer Service Department in providing excellent, efficient, and consistent customer support across all channels.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No recent disciplinary actions.
• Available for specified shifts in PST.
• High speed Wi-Fi connection.
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Comfort with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
