ERP Developer (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an ERP Developer (m/f/d) to take responsibility for transferring business processes into the ERP system Odoo and further developing the process landscape.

In Short

• Responsible for transferring business processes into the ERP system Odoo.
• Further development of accounting processes with Odoo.
• Ensure achievement of all OKRs/department goals.
• Proactively identify problems in the supply chain.
• Ensure smooth operation of the Odoo inventory management system.
• Conduct projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Several years of experience in building new organizations and processes.
• Additional qualifications like an MBA or certifications in procurement and quality management are a plus.
• Excellent project management skills.
• At least 2 years of ERP user experience, preferably with Odoo.
• Experience or strong connection to the D2C business model.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Interest in continuous optimization.
• Experience in project management.
• Responsible and accurate working style.
• Good German and English language skills.
