Requirements

• B2B SaaS experience at a Series B scaleup.
• Experience driving integrations with partners and vendors.
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams.
• Experience managing nearshore and contract staff.
• Track record of improving engineering efficiency.
• Experience building high-performing teams.
• Experience in HRTech, FinTech, or HealthTech is a plus.
• High levels of empathy and connection to Tilt’s mission.
