• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a VP of Engineering or Senior Engineering Manager.
• Experience in building scalable SaaS systems, IoT platforms, or fintech/energy-tech applications.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to manage large data volumes and implement ML/AI algorithms.
• Familiarity with payment and security systems in fintech/energy-tech.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile application security.
• Experience in scaling engineering teams and recruiting technical talent.
• Understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
