• Lead the design, strategy, and governance of the enterprise BI platform using Microsoft Power BI.
• Assess infrastructure requirements and define best practices for BI solutions.
• Guide BI Engineers and handle large data for scalable, high-performing BI solutions.
• Conduct capability assessments to align Power BI adoption with enterprise goals.
• Define and enforce Power BI governance frameworks.
• Provide effort estimations and delivery planning for BI initiatives.
• Architect and oversee dashboard/report design for scalability and usability.
• Collaborate with Azure Databricks and Data Lake teams.
• Define and enforce CI/CD strategies using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Stay current on Microsoft Fabric and emerging BI trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in Power BI architecture.
• Proven experience in designing scalable BI infrastructure solutions.
• Expertise in Power BI Premium/Fabric, DAX, and large OLAP models.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Databricks, Synapse, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Skilled in refresh automation and troubleshooting large models.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft partner teams.
