Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Video Editor to support multiple consumer brands with social-first, ad-focused video content. This role involves editing short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, focusing on direct response creatives that convert.

In Short

• Edit UGC, b-roll, and raw content into engaging short-form videos.
• Create direct response ad creatives for Meta and other platforms.
• Follow provided briefs and suggest creative tweaks.
• Add text overlays, graphics, transitions, and effects.
• Iterate on winning creatives based on performance data.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality edits on time.
• Stay up to date with social media trends.
• Assist with video strategy by providing creative input.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of freelancing or professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio of social-first edits.
• Experience with direct response content or e-commerce brands is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and reliable, comfortable balancing multiple projects.
