Supply Chain Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to enhance our supply chain, inventory management, and financial tracking processes for Fulton & Roark, a premium men’s fragrance and grooming brand.

In Short

• Manage and reconcile all inventory transactions in Cin7 Core and Xero.
• Oversee purchase orders, inventory receipts, assemblies, transfers, order fulfillment, and billing.
• Perform demand planning to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct physical inventory checks with 3PL partners and manufacturers.
• Collaborate with vendors and warehouses to ensure data alignment.
• Generate reports on inventory trends and costs.
• Continuously assess and improve supply chain workflows.
• Assist in financial analysis tasks using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support broader operational initiatives as the company scales.

Requirements

• Must be located in Brazil.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain.
• Experience with Cin7 Core and Xero preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
