Project Manager for Immigration and Customs Enforcement - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will provide strategic on-site leadership and operational oversight for staff within an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facility, ensuring compliance with ICE standards and maintaining safety and security.

In Short

• Manage client relationships and provide leadership aligned with ICE Performance-Based National Detention Standards.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations including workflow development and performance oversight.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports and executive-level summaries.
• Provide technical assistance ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assist in maintaining compliant training with ICE and DHS regulations.
• Support audits and inspections by providing documentation.
• Travel as required for business initiatives and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in training or instructional roles, preferably in detention or law enforcement.
• DHS Single Scope Background Investigation clearance or eligibility.
• Certified instructor credentials preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a US citizen and able to pass drug screening and a federal background investigation.
