We want to enable the world to get started online within only 5 minutes. ticketbro’s cloud-based, mobile-first, booking and ticketing platform enables almost endless freedom for all digitally driven entrepreneurs. Recently we launched the ticketbro app and we are continuously improving our app-based booking system.

In Short

• Join the customer success team as a Junior Solution Engineer.
• Accelerate sales cycles and serve as a product and sales expert.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams.
• Support existing clients with product questions.
• Work on custom projects and manage incoming requests.
• Build features and experiences that users love.
• Present demos and create reusable assets for customer efficiency.
• Lead Proof Of Concepts for customers.
• Solve technical problems and requests by coding.
• Continuously improve customer experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a technical or customer facing role.
• Knowledge with React Native on iOS and Android.
• Experience with Node.js and AWS Lambda.
• Proficient with GraphQL, AWS CDK, and TypeScript.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Up to date with mobile, web, and cloud technologies.
• Strong eye for product design and user experience.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Experience with payment gateways is a plus.
• Experience in managing a small development team is a plus.
