Overview

  • Manage and assist 60+ customers per day.

  • Document troubleshooting steps for developers.
  • Ensure effective communication of resolved issues to customers.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Media/Tech supporting SaaS applications.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner with an empathetic approach.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
