Overview

The Vetspire Support Specialist supports the Post Go-Live implementation of standard business applications and drives operational productivity through the development of standard operating practices.

In Short

• Moderate to Advanced knowledge of computers
• Ability to be detail-oriented, organized, multitask, and prioritize jobs
• High level of Vetspire knowledge
• Provides consultation on complex projects
• Manages expenses, travel, and accommodation for travel to practices
• Evaluates client requirements and develops systems that support business processes
• Develops system standard operating practice to drive operational efficiency
• Identifies, tracks, and resolves barriers for post-implementation projects

Requirements

• Ability to work and manage in a team environment
• Familiar with a variety of veterinary industry concepts, practices, and procedures
• Works closely with Vetspire/Thrive Departments on projects
• Proficient in written and verbal communications in English
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of Vetspire/Thrive systems
